Anand Reddy is currently Managing Director at M/s.Engineers CADD Centre (P) Ltd, the first CADD Institute in Telugu states and the first one in India to provide vertical solutions on CAD CAE since 1994. Having its headquarters at Ameerpet, Hyderabad, ECC has trained over 1.2 lakh Engineers since 1994 from students not only from all over India but also from over 10 foreign countries. ECC also provided software solutions to over 500 Engineering colleges, Defence establishments and many Central and state government organizations for 27 years.
Anand Reddy was also the Founder and Director of Bhagawat Gita Foundation for Vedic studies, a section-8, non-profit organization, that intends to achieve global peace with global citizenship. He believes that sustainable Global citizenship is possible only with Gita wisdom and so made a plan to take Gita to over 50% of the world by 2050. To achieve this, the foundation intends to build Gita University on 100 acres of campus preferably in Bangalore or Hyderabad to create 10000 Gita gurus and have an equal number of sathsanghs, one for every one million population all over the world.
Anand Reddy is also a Director at D3Y Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, a company established in the year 2020 and working on launching its business Pan India in July 2022. For the first time in the world, D3Y provides organized housing and farmland solutions on a cooperative basis avoiding the middlemen who take away the major portion of the middle class’ hard-earned money.
D3Y Infra’s vision is to provide an EMI-free home solution at 10% of its cost to the middle-class people and free them from a 30-year unbearable burden. D3Y believes that merely building world-class infrastructure and keeping the people unaware of their true selves cannot create good societies. So, D3Y in association with Gita Foundation intend to create 10000 Vedic townships all over the world blending Housing infrastructure and community living with Gita wisdom. With Vedic wisdom, people in the community will be content, happy and healthy. With Gita wisdom, they will get detoxed from all sorts of sectarian toxicity and will become true Global citizens, the need of the hour today for a peaceful world. With investment in these future homes, one can get 8 times appreciation on their investment in 10 years.
We see many middle-class people wanting to have a piece of farmland to spend their weekends and are falling prey to fraudulent brokers and farmland realtors. They will make the innocent investors fall from some cosmetic features like plantations, clubhouses, etc and will make the developer manage the land for generations together. They will never hand over the property to the association even after completing the venture, making the buyer a secondary citizen. The resale of such farmlands will be influenced by the developer’s staff and so cannot get a good resale value. To overcome this problem, D3Y has extended its services to play an anchor role between the interested people and the land sellers and see that the people will collectively own and manage their property.
